If you are looking for a vacation for you taste buds, here you go! This gluten free Thai peanut chicken and rice with a side of fresh green beans is sure to give you delicious vibes!

INGREDIENTS

~ Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders (Preferably Thawed)

~ Thai Peanut Sauce

~ Mahatma Jasmine Rice

~ Fresh Green Beans

PREPARATION

~ Cut up the Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders into chunks

~ Spray a frying pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and pour in the Thai Peanut Sauce

~ Pour 3 cups of water in a sauce pan

~ Grab a cutting board and cut the ends off of the fresh green beans

~ Put a steamer inside a sauce pan and cover the bottom with water

INSTRUCTIONS

~ Swipe the chopped up chicken tenders into the frying pan, set to medium heat, and cover

~ Bring the water in the sauce pan to a boil

~ Put the fresh green beans in the sauce pan with the steamer, cover, and set to medium heat

~ Once the water is boiling, pour two cups of rice in the sauce pan, reduce heat, and cover

~ Stir the rice and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is soaked up

~ Once the chicken reaches 165 degrees F, turn off the burner

~ When the green beans are bright green, turn off the burner

~ After all of the water is absorbed, turn off the burner

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

~ Get an oven mitt and place it on the counter

~ Move the Thai peanut chicken to the counter (Prevents the extra sauce from being burnt to the pan)

~ Move the two sauce pans to the front burners on the stove (Heat is OFF)

Voila! This is such a delicious, mouth watering combination of flavors and will bring you to a whole new world! You will become a pro when it comes to both Gluten and Lactose Free Meals soon enough!
