GLUTEN FREE THAI PEANUT CHICKEN AND RICE

If you are looking for a vacation for you taste buds, here you go! This gluten free Thai peanut chicken and rice with a side of fresh green beans is sure to give you delicious vibes!

INGREDIENTS
~ Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders (Preferably Thawed)
~ Thai Peanut Sauce
~ Mahatma Jasmine Rice
~ Fresh Green Beans
PREPARATION
~ Cut up the Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders into chunks
~ Spray a frying pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and pour in the Thai Peanut Sauce
~ Pour 3 cups of water in a sauce pan
~ Grab a cutting board and cut the ends off of the fresh green beans
~ Put a steamer inside a sauce pan and cover the bottom with water
INSTRUCTIONS
~ Swipe the chopped up chicken tenders into the frying pan, set to medium heat, and cover
~ Bring the water in the sauce pan to a boil
~ Put the fresh green beans in the sauce pan with the steamer, cover, and set to medium heat
~ Once the water is boiling, pour two cups of rice in the sauce pan, reduce heat, and cover
~ Stir the rice and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is soaked up
~ Once the chicken reaches 165 degrees F, turn off the burner
~ When the green beans are bright green, turn off the burner
~ After all of the water is absorbed, turn off the burner
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
~ Get an oven mitt and place it on the counter
~ Move the Thai peanut chicken to the counter (Prevents the extra sauce from being burnt to the pan)
~ Move the two sauce pans to the front burners on the stove (Heat is OFF)
