GLUTEN FREE PORK CHOPS

These gluten free pork chops are going to blow you away! On the side, we have some gluten free sweet potato fries and delicious Lima beans!

INGREDIENTS
~ Boneless Pork Chops (Preferably Thawed )
~ GOYA MOJO CRIOLLO Marinade
~ Great Value Frozen Lima Beans
~ Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Straight Fries
PREPARATION
~ Take a fork and poke the pork chops
~ Spray a frying pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (NOT Cooking Spray!!!)
~ Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
~ In a sauce pan, put some water
INSTRUCTIONS
~ Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F for the Sweet Potato Fries
~ Set the burner that the frying pan is on to medium heat and pour 1/2 cup to 1 cup (Depending on Preference) of the GOYA MOJO CRIOLLO Marinade in the pan
~ Put the baking sheet with the sweet potato fries in the oven for 12-16 minutes
~ Place the pork chops in the frying pan and cover
~ Set the burner that the sauce pan is on to medium heat
~ Pour the Lima beans in the sauce pan and cover
~ Flip the pork chops every 5 minutes until they reach 145 degrees F
~ Stir the Lima beans until cooked through
~ Flip the sweet potato fries when they are half way done
~ When everything is cooked through turn off the burners and the oven
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
~ Get an oven mitt, set it on the table, and set the sweet potato fries on the table
~ Move both the sauce pan and frying pan to the front burners (Heat is OFF)
Bon Appétit! This entire meal is BOTH Gluten and Lactose Free! Not to mention, it certainly fills the hungry hole!
