Okay, let's get something straight. We make the decision to get up out of bed every morning but we sometimes make the decision to not do anything for an entire day? We get up and make a conscious effort to better ourselves, better our health, make goals, and do so many things to make us and our lives better than they are currently. Is anything going to change overnight? Probably not, but that doesn't mean it won't change with dedication, consistency, and the desire to want the changes in your life that you crave. We all want things in our life, but at the end of the day nothing is for free. Sometimes we have to give things up to bring new ones into our lives - that's just the way it is.
