FIRST GLUTEN FREE BIRTHDAY!!!

This year was my very first birthday being gluten free! Happy 20th birthday to me! In my opinion - Gluten Free Cake is SO MUCH BETTER than regular cake!!! Don't believe me? Try this out!!!

INGREDIENTS

~ Krusteaz Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix

~ Betty Crocker Ready-to-Spread Chocolate Frosting (GF)

~ 2 Eggs

~ 1 and 1/2 cups of Milk

~ 1 cup of Vegetable Oil

PREPARATION

~ Heat the oven to 350 degrees F

INSTRUCTIONS

~ In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil

~ Add the cake mix into the bowl and mix thoroughly

~ Pour the cake mix into a baking pan of your choice

~ Put the cake pan in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the cake passes the toothpick test

~ Once the cake is cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool thoroughly

~ After the cake is cooled, it is time to frost the cake!

DECORATIONS (OPTIONAL)

* Of course decorating a cake is optional, but it is the most fun part about baking! Most cake decorations are gluten free because they are mainly SUGAR! On this cake I used the following:

~ Sixlets

~ Sugar Pearls

~ Candles

~ "Happy Birthday" Cake Sign

Although this recipe is NOT Lactose Free, it is super easy to make it that way! All you would have to do is use LACTOSE FREE MILK and an EGG RE-PLACER. Boom! You now know how to make a Gluten Free and a Gluten and Lactose Free cake for any occasion!
