GLUTEN + LACTOSE FREE STARBUCKS HACK *EASY!

I know that a lot of people are practically IN LOVE with their Starbucks, especially in this generation. Now, something that may cause some issues when getting Starbucks is if you have an allergy - no worries! There are a few simple hacks that you can use in order to enjoy your heavenly coffee beverage.

The first hack is switching the milk that is used for your drink. At Starbucks they always rinse out the residue from other liquids between the creations of other drinks. Starbucks does have Lactose Free milk options such as coconut milk and almond milk (almond milk is my go to for frappucinos!).
The second hack is getting a drink with no whip cream! Yes, whipped cream is still considered dairy and has lactose. However, you can grab you lactose free frappucino and then grab some Lactose Free Whipped Cream to add to your drink yourself! Super duper simple and easy to fix!
The last hack that I have for you is to never EVER get caramel on one of your drinks. Caramel is not safe for people that have a gluten intolerance or Celiac Disease. BUT, for all of you caramel lovers out there, you can by specifically Gluten Free Caramel, melt the cubes, and make your very own DIY Caramel Drizzle from home and add it to your drink to make it ten times better than it was before!
Even with a gluten and lactose intolerance, you can still totally enjoy your Starbucks while relaxing!
