GLUTEN FREE CHICKEN TENDERS - ON THE STOVE!?!

You read the title right! You are about to learn how to make some BOMB Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders with some rockin' sides of Jasmine Rice and Fresh Broccoli. What are you waiting for!? Let's cook!

INGREDIENTS
~ Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders (Preferably Thawed)
~ Lawry's Lemon Pepper Seasoning (This is SPECIFICALLY Gluten Free!!!)
~ Fresh Broccoli
~ Mahatma Jasmine Rice
PREPARATION
~ In a frying pan, spray Extra Virgin Olive Oil (NOT Cooking Spray!!!)
~ In a sauce pan cover the bottom with water. put a steamer in, and chop broccoli
~ Pour 3 cups of water in a sauce pan
INSTRUCTIONS
~ Turn the burner that the pan for rice is on to medium heat and bring to a boil
~ Place the chicken tenders in the frying pan and poke all of them with fork (To soak up the flavor!)
~ Sprinkle the Lawry's Lemon Pepper Seasoning all over the chicken and turn to medium heat
~ Cover the chicken and cook on one side for 7-8 minutes
~ Pour the chopped broccoli in the sauce pan with the steamer, cover, and turn to medium heat
~ When the water is boiling for the rice, pour in 2 cups of Jasmine Rice, cover, and reduce heat
~ Cook and stir the rice for 15 minutes or until all the water is absorbed
~ After 7-8 minutes, flip the chicken tenders and season the other side
~ Cook the chicken tenders on the opposite side for another 7-8 minutes
~ When the chicken has reached 165 degrees F, turn off the burner
~ Once all the water is absorbed into the rice, turn off the burner
~ When the broccoli is bright green, turn off the burner
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
~ Make sure that ALL burners are turned off
~ Fluff the rice
