The first quick and super easy breakfast is simply coffee and blue berry muffins! My coffee is the same ever morning and that is the Cameron's Specialty Coffee in either Colombian, Guatemalan, or Nicaraguan with International Delight's French Vanilla Creamer. The reason why I choose to drink this specific coffee is because it is organic which means that there is nothing artificial in the grounds for flavoring purposes. I have never had an issue drinking this coffee and this brand has honestly been my go-to every morning for over a year now. (No, this post is not sponsored, this is 100% my opinion!!!). As for the blueberry muffins, I use the Martha White Gluten Free Blueberry Muffin Mix, and to make these almost completely lactose free I use Lactose Free or Almond Milk! These muffins are the perfect fix for getting through a long college class, just saying! This breakfast is filling, sits lightly in the stomach, and kicks off the morning in the right way. Now onto the second quick and easy breakfast idea, this one is for those that like a bit more variety in a small serving size.

The coffee for both breakfasts is the same, and I do use a Keurig to make my coffee, but Cameron's Specialty Coffee has coffee grounds too! Coffee makes the world go round, I swear! As for the rest of the meal, take two pieces of gluten free bread, I prefer Udi's or Live G Free brands. On top of the bread I put the Country Crock Plant Butter as well as Almond Butter and then melt those in the microwave. Lastly, grab some strawberries, or fresh fruit of your choice, add that to the side of the delicious toast. That's it! Both of these breakfasts can be made by anyone and are super yummy. If you are in need of a boost or a good kick start in the morning, try one of these! Thy will make your tummies happy, mind awake, and body ready to go!
